All items sold through 1Sigma.cc are shipped via Canadapost.  All purchases $100 and over are shipped at no charge within Canada.  Shipping costs for purchases under $100 are calculated at checkout  

Items sold within Toronto (M-Postal code) are eligible for free delivery.

For customer based in the U.S., shipping is calculated at checkout. 

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Elitewheels DRIVE Return Policy
This policy only applies to Drive series wheelsets purchased within Canada  

For the Drive series purchased directly from 1Sigma.cc, we provide a 60-day free return service for undamaged wheelsets, no-questions-asked. You can enjoy a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping if applicable. 

As soon as the customer receives the product, they many contact customer service on our official website or by email: info@1sigma.cc within 60 days if they decide to return the wheels.

The freight and customs duties for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to send the tracking information when contacting us  

For products returned using this policy, please make sure that the returned products and accessories are complete and properly packaged to ensure that the wheels will not become damaged.

Standard Return Policy
You may return your product for a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date excluding shipping charges (if applicable).

Items must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, parts, and documentation.

Helmets and apparel must be in brand new, unused condition with all hang tags attached and packaging. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on returned orders.

The freight and customs duties for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to send the tracking information. Local returns (M-postal code) may be eligible for pick-up.

This policy only applies to purchases within Canada.

ELITEWHEELS WARRANTY POLICY

Each Elitewheel wheelset bought from this website carries a 3-year warranty. This warranty is a statement of Elitewheels’ continuing commitment to making high quality products.

3-year warranty:
When you purchase Elitewheels wheelsets from 1Sigma.cc, from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers wheels, spokes, nipples, and hubs. It does not cover vulnerable parts such as bearings, valves, quick releases, thru axles, and brake pads.
The limited warranty covers any issues caused by non-external factors during the warranty period. Elitewheels offers replacement in case of defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty claims for wheelsets purchased through 1Sigma.cc may be initiated by contacting us at info@elite-wheels.ca, or through Elitewheels directly.   

Warranty notes:

(1) If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of the produce being received, Elitewheels is obligated to replace the rim, hub, spoke, or spoke nipple in question as well as pay any shipping costs. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 30 days and up to 3 years, Elitewheels is obligated to replace the rim, hub(except for the bearings), spoke, or spoke nipple. After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
(2)  If Elitewheels no longer makes the rim you purchased, we’ll upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.
(3) The warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.
(4) The customer should notify Elitewheels if any problem found on the warranty replacement upon receiving it. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement rim.

This warranty coverage DOES NOT cover:
(1) Improper assembly or maintenance.
(2) Installation of parts, accessories, or tires that are not originally intended for, or compatible with, the rims/wheels.
(3) Damage or failures caused by a crash, accidental damage, misuse of the product, heat damage (typically caused by the wheel sitting too close to vehicle exhaust), non-compliance with manufacturer specifications of usage, or any other external factors.
(4) Use of straight gauge spokes.

Accident Replacement Policy:

Unfortunately, accidents happen. Elitewheels offers a unique service for our customers whose wheels have been damaged by external factors such as a crash.
